The Zomentum meetings planner can now include video conferences thanks to Web conference integration. To begin with, the user ought to have integrated their email account and calendar into Zomentum.

How to configure web conference: Method 1

  1. Log in to your Zomentum account

  2. Go to Settings→Integrations

  3. Under the Web conference, →Choose your web conference app (Zoom, Teams)

  4. Click on Connect

  5. In the dialog box, enter your Web conference app login credentials, then click Sign in.

  6. You'll be prompted to grant permission for Zoom/Teams for Zomentum to access your Zoom account→Click Allow.

  7. You'll be redirected back to Zomentum, where you'll see Zoom/Teams/Meet as Connected.
    Note: As soon as a user connects their Google calendar to Zomentum (per the prerequisites for integration), they can begin setting up meetings using Google Meeting links. There is no need for a separate authorization.

Method 2:

  1. Log in to your Zomentum account

  2. Go to any Opportunity/Client→Meetings→Web Conference→Make it a Zoom/Teams Meeting

  3. This will redirect you to an authorisation page

  4. In the dialog box, enter your web conference app login credentials, then click Sign in.

  5. You'll be prompted to grant permission for Zoom for Zomentum to access your Zoom/Teams account→ Click Allow and close the tab.

  6. Now switch to Zomentum platform, where you'll see Zoom/Teams as connected.


Steps to disconnect the web conference application:

  1. Log in to Zomentum Account

  2. Go to Settings>Integrations

  3. Under the Web conference > Choose your web conference app (Zoom, Teams or Meet)

  4. Click on Disconnect.

 

 

How to use web conference integration:

  1. Log in to Zomentum

  2. Go to any Opportunity/Client in which you want to schedule a meeting

  3. Go to Meetings→Schedule a Meeting→Web Conference→Make it a Zoom/Teams/Google Meet meeting

  4. After adding all meeting details, Click on Schedule

  5. A meeting will be created with a zoom/teams/Google meet link on your calendar and an invite will be sent to the recipients along with that meeting link.
