This document describes the Zomentum Payments Transactions page in detail.


The Zomentum Payments Transactions page is an all-in-one comprehensive view of all the transactions created for all clients.



To navigate to the transactions page, go to the left side panel on your Payments portal and click on the Transactions icon.


Components of the Transactions Page


Let’s take a look at the various components of the Transactions page.


The following columns are available to categorize the transactions of a client. 




You can also use the search bar to search for a particular invoice number, quote, client name, transaction ID, or document.



All transaction columns can be sorted based on Status, Amount, Net Amount, and Date Created.


Status

This denotes if the payment is completed, failed, or pending.


Invoice/Document

The invoice or document number against which the transaction is created.


Amount/ Net Amount

Amount refers to the payment amount (Invoice Amount + Surcharges) for this particular transaction. Net Amount refers to the total amount (Invoice amount + Surcharges- Zomentum Fee).


Let’s take an example.


Let's say you set the surcharge as 3% + 0.3 
For a 30$ invoice,
the customer will be charged - 30 + (3% * 30 + 0.3) = 31.2
the zomentum fee will be - 2.9% * 31.2 + 0.3 = 1.2048
so the partner will receive = 29.99$

For an 80$ invoice,
The customer will be charged - 80 + (3% * 80 + 0.3) = 82.7
The zomentum fee will be - 2.9 * 82.7 + 0.3 = 2.6983
The partner will receive = 80.0017


Date Created

The date on which the invoice/document is created.


Payment Method

This column refers to the payment method used for a specific transaction in Zomentum Payments
